There are 35 mould production personnel, 12 of them have been engaged in the mold industry for more than 15 years, 2 for product design, 3 for mould design, and 3 for CNC programming. Each product project has a professional technical team with at least 8 members. It is composed of chief engineer, project manager, R&D engineer and production engineer to ensure efficient delivery of products and meet customer customization needs.
Equipped with more than 40 mold equipments, it can produce up to 8 tons of plastic molds, and the stroke can reach 1200x800x500mm, which can meet the needs of customers to the greatest extent. There are 2 sets of medium and high-speed engraving and milling machines have high dimensional accuracy, high surface finish and high processing efficiency, and are used to process high-end products. Annual output is more than 350 sets mould, the production capacity is 420 sets per year, and the remaining capacity is sufficient.
More than 80% of the equipment has the function of online detection. We monitor each of them by computer and are equipped with an online monitoring system. We measure the value according to the customer's requirements. For the tool and the processing process, we have on-site personnel to deal with it in a timely manner, and all of the data are recorded.
